1. Packaging:

Standard Packaging:

• Each piece with color sleeve then 10 pieces in master carton or each piece in poly bag then packed in giftbox and 4 gift box in a master carton.
• Packaging in English or both English and Vietnamese.

Customized Packaging:

• Customized packaging is available as per request, customer send us the design and we will print according to customer request or customer can give us idea on packaging they want to change/ adjustment then our designer will design accordingly and print for customer approval.

 2. Shipping:

•   Loading port: Hai Phong-Vietnam ( 100km from our factory) or any seaports of Vietnam.

• Outer coating: we can coat any color as per your request just give us the pantone color.
• Inner coating: we are applying the Dupon, Weilbuger-Greblon, Whitford for inner coating and color can make as per request.

• Customized logo on bottom/ glass lids are avaiable in various type: Engraved, Emboss, Lazer, Silk Printting etc

 3. ODM - (Original Design Manufacturing) 

• We can design a new pan for you
• In-house tooling department we can make mould, tool as per your technical drawing.

4. Low MOQ (Minumm Order Quantity)

• We can supply any quantity you want and support you. 

 5. Samples:

• Samples are always free of charge but the freight is collected, please contact us and provide us the TNT, DHL account. 

 6. Delivery:

A: yes, OEM orders are welcome.

2. Can I labeled our brand on your product?

A: yes, we are available to customized products with customer label.

3. Can I have my own logo printed/stamping on the pan and the packaging.

A: yes, we can print/stamp/ emboss/engrave your logo on the pan as well as the design on the packaging.

4.  Can I customized the packaging, color sleeves?

A: yes, we can print and make your own design packaging, color sleeves.

5. Can you make Frypan from our design?

A: yes, we provide ODM services. We can make new mould for your design.

6. How can we get samples?

A: Samples are free of charge, Buyer just need to pay freight or provide TNT or DHL account.

7. Where is the loading port?

A: Hai Phong Seaport or any port of Vietnam.

8. What is your MOQ?

• For our brand name product, small orders are welcome-> starting from 10 pcs
• For OEM products: 2,000 pcs
